Security Deposit
We ask for a refundable security deposit of €500. Your security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure, unless there is any major damage to the property.
Payments
Tourist Tax
An initial payment of 40% is required to confirm your booking and the balance is due 3 months before your arrival.
Tourist Tax is calculated per adult per night €1.54 per adult per night in and is payable in cash during your holiday.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel we will try our best to re-let the property, and if successful we will refund your payment in full less any expense or loss incurred by us.
