Our Place
Self-catering rural retreat with 4 Large Double bedrooms all en-suite. 2 rooms have king-size beds, and 2 have superking beds, one of which can be made up as a twin if required. We are delighted to have been awarded 4-stars by the Ministry of Tourism.
A further large bedroom with en-suite bathroom is available if required very close by in another building. Please contact us for more information. This room is only available alongside the main Gite it is not available as a separate unit.
Location
We are located in the stunningly beautiful rolling, wooded and sunflower-filled countryside of the north Lot-et-Garonne with its amazing huge dark and starry skies. It's close to the medieval village of Lauzun with its chateau and the larger bastide town of Miramount-de-Guyenne. It's perfect for a luxury holiday retreat set in the heart of the countryside of south west France.

Gorgeous outdoor terrace which has a covered area for al fresco dining and is equipped with an ice machine, large BBQ and a pizza oven

Private 12m x 5m heated pool (secured by hard cover) where you will also find the extensive deck area with comfortable sun beds, parasols and a Balinese bed

Large, shaded seating areas where you can read or just take in the far reaching views and the beautifully maintained rose gardens

Play petanque (boules) on the court, have a game of table tennis - or just relax with an ice cold drink by the pool!
Saturday change over day - flexible arrivals may be possible please ask us.

Disabled Guests
The property is all on one level but due to the gravel driveway its not suitable for wheelchair access. Guests with limited mobility are welcome, there is a ramp to the pool area. A wheelchair is available on request if required for use in the house or for excursions Please contact us if you need further information.
Low-Season
During the low season September - June (excluding Christmas) Maison du Cluzeau is available to guests as a 2 bed or a 3 bed for those guests who do not require all 4 bedrooms. Please contact us for more information and prices.
